Good Luck Aviator Scholarship

2010 had 5 scholarship winners

2011 had 5 scholarship winners

The WAISCC chapter has a “Good Luck Aviator Scholarship” program. The scholarship includes a Women in Aviation, International Membership, an additional Space City chapter Membership, and a personal letter of recommendation. WAI - Space City believes they are opening a big door of financial aid by first opening a small door by providing recipients, through membership, the ability to submit applications to much larger scholarships. As a member of WAI the recipient is qualified to apply for Women in Aviation, International Scholarships by meeting the requirement that applicants must be a member of Women in Aviation, International organization. Additionally, the Space City Chapter’s personal letter of recommendation should enable the recipient to be competitive in scholarship award selections.

Corporate Membership

The Women in Aviation Space City chapter offers a Business/Corporate Membership for $350 annually. There are many benefits that come with a corporate membership.

  • Includes 10 flexible membership cards for whoever the Business/Corporate Member wants to invite to each WAISCC event.
  • Free Advertisement Space on the WAISCC website.

The 10 flexible membership cards will each be laminated, have the Business/Corporation name, and a number. The corporation can select anyone including employees, students, or customers to use the flexible membership card for WAISCC events. The Corporate Member will need to reacquire the flexible membership card from their guest and can reuse it for someone else for the next WAISCC event.
